Gift Card Terms And Conditions 

These terms and conditions apply to all gift cards issued by Nobis Inc. (“Nobis”) purchased from a Nobis retail store or (each a “Nobis Gift Card”). By purchasing a Nobis Gift Card or by using a Nobis Gift Card, you accept these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nobis reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time. 



Nobis Gift Cards are available for purchase in store and online. Nobis Gift Cards have no service fees and no expiration dates. 



Nobis Gift Cards are redeemable only at and Nobis retail stores within the country of purchase. You can use Nobis Gift Cards to pay for the full value or part of the value of your selected item(s). Nobis Gift Cards must be present when being used for payment in-store. 

Multiple gift cards can be used for in store purchases, there is no limit. A maximum of two (2) gift cards can be redeemed online per transaction. In store purchases can have split payments with multiple tenders. Online transactions can only be redeemed with a gift card and one additional tender. 

No change will be given for any unused balances unless required by law. 

Gift Cards cannot be reloaded.

To view your Nobis Gift Card balance, contact Customer Service at You can also visit any Nobis store location to inquire about your Nobis Gift Card balance. 



Nobis Gift Cards are non-refundable. Purchases made with a gift card and returned will be re issued to a new gift card. 


Lost Or Stolen Gift Cards 

Nobis has no liability on, and will not replace any, lost, stolen or damaged Nobis Gift Cards. Treat your Nobis Gift Cards as cash. 



You may not use a Nobis Gift Card to purchase other gift cards. Nobis Gift Cards cannot be resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. Void if resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash.

Reasons For Failed Delivery Of Online Gift Cards 

E-Gift Cards are delivered via email. If you have confirmed the recipient's email address but the e-Gift Card has not been received within a reasonable period after the requested delivery date, please see the below list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed: 

Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder. 

Recipient's firewall blocked the email. 

Email inbox is over size limit.
